Project 1

Rapel House

Located in the Condominio La Península, in the commune of Las Cabras, the family house "Casa Rapel" stands as a perfect place for rest and vacation, thanks to its privileged view of the lake and its harmonious design with the natural environment.

This house stands out for its wooden facade that contrasts elegantly with the VEKA PVC profiles in Golden Oak color. These profiles not only bring a warm and cozy aesthetic to the house, but also provide advanced technology and energy efficiency, guaranteeing a comfortable environment all year round.

The layout of the Rapel House is carefully planned to maximize comfort and functionality. These windows, manufactured with VEKA PVC profiles in Golden Oak, allow for a perfect fusion between indoors and outdoors, flooding the home with natural light and offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape.

A naturally lit corridor, thanks to the windows that extend from ceiling to floor, connects to the secondary bedrooms, which share a common bathroom, and to the master bedroom. The latter has an en suite bathroom and a private terrace, ideal for enjoying the natural surroundings in complete tranquility.

The exterior volumetry of the Rapel House was conceived as a large, simple and delicate volume, where wood plays a crucial role. This material mimics the trunks of the large eucalyptus trees that surround the property, creating a visual integration that enhances the natural beauty of the site.

The Rapel House is not only presented as an architectural jewel, but also as an example of how the combination of high quality materials, such as VEKA PVC profiles in Golden Oak, and an environmentally friendly design can create a warm, efficient home in perfect harmony with nature.
